Not that's it is very well written, but frankly with their fear-mongering about "risk" it is clear that they just don't get it. I am not against leveraging but definitely against a blanket recommendation for everyone. I can easily appreciate the allure of leverage. If I can borrow at an effective rate of 3.6% and earn an after-tax return of 4.8% (assuming a 6% prime rate, a 40% tax bracket and capital gains tax rate of 20% and returns of 6%), Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
